I WOULD use it... But too many grammatical/spelling errors for me to take it seriously. "ingredients" is spelled incorrectly, and "Nuka-Cola company holds no responsibility of any and all damage caused by it's products." should be "Nuka-Cola company and all affiliations hold no responsibility FOR any and all DAMAGES caused by it's (or consumption of if 'caused by' doesn't sound good enough alone) products."
